Principal Designer
(under CDM and Building Regulations)
Performing the role of Principal Designer in accordance with the Building Safety Act and the Construction (Design Management) Regulations.
Measured Surveying
Using the latest point-cloud scanning technology we can accurately survey any type of building or landscape and translate it into a detailed BIM model and 2D drawings.
Project Monitoring
Acting as a Client’s Monitoring Architect at all stages of a project, from design review, through site monitoring to defects inspections.
Project Rescue
With a strong reputation for delivery, we are regularly introduced in a “crisis recovery” role to projects that are failing for a variety of reasons.
