We analyse how your physical space is currently used, assessing key issues and the occupants’ needs to prepare a feasibility document for optimisation. Our proposals will consider efficiency of use, functionality, accessibility, orientation, views, heating and cooling, and furniture arrangement.

Taking on board your feedback, we will develop a detailed space plan proposal that optimises the use of the space to achieve your objectives.

What We Do

  • Briefing

    Whatever the use of your space (e.g. retail, hospitality, commercial, office etc), we will take time to understand your objectives of the exercise: what works, what doesn’t work, how you currently use your space, how you expect to use your space in the future.

  • Analysis

    We will carry out an in-depth analysis of how your physical space is currently used and occupied, assessing key issues such as the prioritised use of spaces and the range of needs of occupants, including accessibility and any appropriate post-Covid-19 measures.

  • Feasibility

    After completing our analysis, we will prepare a feasibility document, assessing the respective merits of a range of potential options to optimise the use your space, presenting our findings to you. Our proposals will give consideration to efficiency of use, functionality, accessibility, orientation, views, heating and cooling and, of course, furniture arrangement.

  • Space plans

    Taking on board your feedback from our feasibility report, we will develop a detailed space plan proposal that optimises the use of the space, achieving or exceeding all of your objectives.
