Project Rescue

Even the most carefully planned projects encounter unforeseen issues, and our strong reputation for delivery means we are regularly introduced in a crisis recovery role on projects that are failing.

We quickly identify the issues and implement changes to get the project back on track with minimal delay, cost or fuss.

What We Do

  • Site visit

If the project is on site, we will visit and conduct a thorough review of the status and quality of work completed. Similarly, we will review all contract documents.

  • Fresh perspective

We conduct an independent, prejudice-free assessment of the project: what has gone well, what hasn't worked out, are there scope gaps between team members' appointments? This allows us to present the client with a clear set of recommendations to take the project forward.

  • Appointments

We will make recommendations and oversee any new team appointments that are necessary.

  • Design & risk management

We will create a series of project trackers in order to ensure the smooth onward progress of the project towards completion. These include: Design Status Schedule, Risks Schedule, Building Regulations Tracker and CDM Tracker.

In our over forty years of experience, it has become clear to us that every problem that arises on a project always stems from a breakdown of communication in one form or another.

With this in mind, at LA London, we prioritise teamwork, trust, and, above all, clear communication.
