Strategy masterplanning

We will carry out a strategy analysis, in order to develop a coordinated and coherent high-level strategic masterplan for your business and its facilities, ensuring they align with your business plan and meet or exceed your objectives, as well as those of any other stakeholders. This will entail:

• Understanding the key drivers for change

• Understanding or helping prepare the business case for change

• Understanding the context and narrative for a new masterplan

• Stakeholder engagement and comprehensive consultations

• A drawn and descriptive appraisal of the existing condition, including any external influences

• Prepare and define a design brief

• Undertake an options appraisal

The outcome of the process might stop at a new strategic masterplan document but could continue into the development of the design of a preferred option and eventually its construction and/or implementation.
