What We Do

  • 1. Site Sourcing

    With our wide network of contacts we can help source the right sites for your development strategy. We will visit site options and provide initial guidance on feasibility and options, including likely square footages.

  • 2. Development Appraisal

    With a potential development site identified we will prepare a detailed feasibility study into development options for the site, to feed into your overall development appraisal.

  • 3. Concept

    We will build a BIM model to develop the selected design option into a coordinated initial concept with which to engage in an initial dialogue with the local planning department.

  • 4. Funding

    If it is of assistance to secure necessary funding, we can prepare a range of visuals, including plans and CGIs to illustrate what can be achieved with the site.

  • 5. Survey and design concept

    We will carry out a full 3D measured survey of the plot or existing property from which to develop the design of the concept. We will ensure the design is compliant with all post-Covid-19 requirements.

  • 6. Design development and planning

    We will develop the BIM model and prepare and submit the planning application.

  • 7. Technical design

    With planning approval in place, we will prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for the scheme, all fully coordinated with structure and services, as appropriate for the chosen procurement route.

  • 8. Marketing

    While the detailed design and construction is underway, we can produce full photo-realistic visualisations and fly-throughs for early marketing of the scheme.

  • 9. Tender

    We will suggest an appropriate shortlist of contractors and prepare and oversee the tender process.

  • 10. Construction

    We will act as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent, ensuring the work is constructed in accordance with the design and the terms of the building contract.

  • 11. Handover

    We will undertake a thorough inspection of the works at completion, identifying any snags to be remedied. We will certify practical completion when the project is completed in accordance with the contract and to your satisfaction.

  • 12. Exit

    We will be on hand to answer any queries potential purchasers might have, as well as to oversee any adaptations they might request prior to their purchase and occupation.
