Working alongside Candy & Candy, Lees Associates produced the technical drawing package for the conversion of three duplex apartments in a Kensington conservation area into a single 5-bedroom family home.

A trouble free process and contented neighbours

A grand sweeping marble and glass staircase accentuated by a tiered glass chandelier is the main focal point, with additional accommodation including a large library, a reception room featuring an Art Nouveau fireplace, spacious open-plan kitchen, breakfast room and family room and state-of-the-art fitted bedrooms.
