Optimising on use of space, flexibility and working practices
In order to settle on this location LA London undertook a property evaluation of five sites including a ‘move or stay’ option. LA London also advised Conoco Phillips on their property holdings in Aberdeen, looking at ways of adding up to 120 additional staff into their existing premises in Rubislaw.
LA London provided a full design service including ; fly-through visualisations, colour boards, material specifications, furniture procurement and production information packages.
We also carried out a space audit and space planning services in order to optimise on use of space, flexibility and working practices.
LA London were subsequently retained to design Conoco’s Russian HQ in Moscow.
