Transforming an unloved, neglected space into the beautiful heart of a prime Mayfair mansion block

LA London brought in Bowles & Wyer to work with us on transforming the neglected central courtyard of this premium mansion block into a beautiful garden for the benefit and enjoyment of all residents throughout the year.

Together, we introduced a portico and fountain as the central focus, surrounded by a green wall, itself perforated with antique mirrors replicating windows, on an otherwise plain brick boundary wall. A central lawn and terrace provides relaxed seating, flanked by low-level and low-maintenance planting.
