In the latest of our ‘Meet the Team’ series, we talk to everyone’s best friend, Office Manager Glynnis Grossmith.
Describe your role at Lees Associates
I am an enthusiastic, experienced and committed office manager who has worked for Lees Associates for nearly 5 years. Before joining Lees Associates I was a financial director for another architectural company for over 20 years.
Where do your particular passions, skills and interests lie?
I try to combine my administrative abilities with assisting in the office efficiency and promotion of business growth. I need to be well organised and self-motivated and have the capacity to work flexibly in different roles.
What is the most challenging part of your role
The biggest challenge is juggling multiple projects at the same time, making sure they are delivered on time and within budget.
I make sure the office runs smoothly, and that all members of our team have a happy and productive environment to work in (as well as keeping everyone well in check!).
What do you get up to outside of the office?
My hobbies are holidays, holidays, holidays - oh and some wining and dining!
