Planning secured at Wheat Wharf

We are delighted to have received planning and listed building consent for the refurbishment of Wheat Wharf on Shad Thames. Converted into residential units 20 years ago, the property has suffered with leaks and other issues for a number of years. Our scheme includes a complete external overhaul and a new roof with added insulation and additional rooflights.

The planning officer noted how swiftly and smoothly he was able to process the application due to the quality and detail of Lees Associates’ drawings.
